Can I start seed cycling mid cycle?
Yes, you can start seed cycling any time. Work out what Day you are on by counting Day 1 from the first day of your bleed. Start taking Phase 1 if you are between Day 1 and 14 and Phase 2 if your between Day 15 and 28. Switch from Phase 1 to Phase 2 on Day 15 regardless of the day you start on.
If your periods are irregular or missing, then follow the lunar calendar. Start Phase 1 from the New Moon and Day 15 from the Full moon.
What to do if your cycle is not 28 days?
This is completely normal. If your cycle is shorter, then start Phase 1 on Day 1 of your period. If your cycle is longer then wait until your period to start Phase 1.

Whilst we encourage daily consumption missing a day happens. You can chose to double your seed intake the next day or just carry on.
What expiry date can I expect?
Our ground seeds last approximately 6 months. We grind in small batches — mostly to order — to ensure the freshest possible product. Each pouch is heat sealed and includes an oxygen absorber for optimal shelf life. After opening, keep sealed and store in the fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
