How to seed cycle
Day 1- 14 of your menstrual cycle (Follicular Phase – Start of bleed to ovulation)
Consume 1-2 Tbsp of Phase 1 (Ground organic Pumpkin + Flax Seeds)
This is the estrogen dominant phase of your cycle.
These seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, lignans and zinc.
Day 15 – 28 of your menstrual cycle (Luteal Phase)
Consume 1-2 Tbsp of Phase 2 (Ground organic Sesame + Sunflower Seeds)
This is the phase where your body shifts to progesterone production.
These seeds are rich in Omega 6 fatty acids, lignans and selenium.
If your cycle is irregular (pregnant, post-partum, birth control, perimenopause, menopause) sync with the lunar calendar.
New Moon (Day 1) Phase 1 on Day 14 (Full Moon) switch to Phase 2.
