Shipping Policy

At Muun Seeds, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and another notification once your order has been shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In this case, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  1. Domestic Shipping

    • We ship to all provinces in South Africa.

    • We charge a flat rate of R100.

  2. International Shipping

    • We currently do not offer International Shipping .

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may have restrictions based on the destination (e.g., perishable goods or hazardous materials).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your package’s journey on Bobgo.co.za

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  1. Lost Packages

    • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at seedcycle@muunseeds.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.

  2. Stolen Packages

    • We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are not received by the customer. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure or consider using a work address.

  3. Damaged Packages

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

 

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on orders over R1000 within South Africa.
