PHASE 1: New Moon (Follicular Phase)
Day 1- 14 of your menstrual cycle. Start of bleed to ovulation
Consume 1-2 Tbsp of Phase 1 (Ground Non GMO Pumpkin + Flax Seeds)
This is the estrogen dominant phase of your cycle.
These seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, lignans and zinc.
PHASE 2: Full Moon (Luteal Phase)
Day 15 – 28 of your menstrual cycle
Consume 1-2 Tbsp of Phase 2 (Ground Non GMO Sesame + Sunflower Seeds)
This is the phase where your body shifts to progesterone production.
These seeds are rich in Omega 6 fatty acids, lignans and selenium.
Add to dishes such as smoothies, yoghurt bowls, salads, soups, bliss balls, cookies
If your cycle is irregular (pregnant, post partum, birth control, peri-menopause, menopause) sync with the lunar calendar. Day 1 (New Moon) Phase 1 on Day 14 (Full Moon) switch to Phase 2.
